Knowing a little more would help the forum,
how many lights are showing on the router? / what router do you have ? / what connection & speed do you have? / have you done a reboot or factory restore? .

or from the MySky app,
both will run over mobile data if needed & if a line fault is detected, book an engineer or at least offer some troubleshooting steps!
