I’ve got a sky engineer coming tomorrow to install my skyhub but the hub hasn’t arrived

Hi my sky max hub is meant to be getting installed tomorrow by a sky engineer but the hub hasn't arrived and no update for when it will arrive,should I cancel the engineer?

@Nicjp 

Sky do not provide engineers to install hubs, do you mean an engineer is coming to install your broadband line?

@Nicjp its too late to cancel the engineer and it doesn't matter to them as they can do their work without it but of course you cannot use the line until a hub arrives. It may well arrive tomorrow but if it doesnt call Sky and they should get one sent overnight. .

@Nicjp  the openreach engineer doesn't need the hub to install the line 

 

you can just plug it in once it arrives
