I’ve been 2 weeks contacting Sky re faulty and now no Wi-Fi . Still waiting for engineer

I have had faulty Wi-Fi and now no Wi-Fi for 2 weeks. Have had multiple contacts with Sky Service but still no Engineer appointment . Very frustrating .
