I upgraded to ultrafast yesterday and was garunteed minimum of 400mbps download speed by today

It was said to activate by today whic it has but im still only getting 70mbps download

Note that the guarantee is speed delivered to the Hub from the internet, not wireless speed from the Hub to client devices.
