I upgraded my sky package and I’m getting a message saying sky board activation is required

I upgraded my sky package, and it all went though, checking my emails as it states I'll be getting an engineer to come out when I clicked on my app, I had appear that my board band activation action required, so when I click on my message centre nothing comes up so I'm a bit confused, and I can't even see my order does it take some time, as when I placed the order it said something about today, someone would come out, but I'm just confused on what the message is about and why has it not come up in my order section, as I don't want to upgrade again, cause it all went though, even my bill has been changed now,

@KB37  If this was for a new service or upgrade from Superfast to Ultrafast and it's saying action required you will need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
