I update my sky router and it is supposed to be faster keeps roaming and disconnecting upstairs I

If this does not get fixed I am going to cancel all my subscription with you I pay extra for faster Broadband service it keeps roaming upstairs I also have my phone with you please answer do not want to talk to a robot

@Jacqueline++lambe FYI this is a Sky Community forum of other Sky customers, you won't get a response for Sky based on a forum post.

 

If you provide more detail the community may be able to offer advise and assistance otherwise you will need to phone Sky to speak to someone.
