I tried to book a home move appointment but it says I need to be a primary account holder.
I have tried to book an appointment to move my Sky superfast broadband to my new house, but the link says that I need to be "a primary account holder" to book the appointment. I have been using this service for approximately two years. I did not inherit or take over the account from anyone. I need URGENT help on this. I NEED to reconnect my broadband ASAP. Thank you all.
