I took new broad band connection 24th October is activation date but till not activated and not working

@Ganesh87 what broadband package did you take and what does it state when you look under my orders on the sky website or in the my sky app

I also upgraded to fibre to the cabinet got text on 24th to say I was activated . Which wasn't the case. I am left with no broadband at all and told it could be days.. And also advised that they can't reactivate my previous broadband... anyone else got this issue?
