I think have been hacked

Hello, a week ago my local disk C from 118Gb coraoyed and was red that mean I had zero MB without reason and in the past I had loos the control by another admin that was watching what the hackers did . So, could you check my internet or my device if it was before or still is?

We are customers here so we can't check anything for you I'm afraid as neither can Sky as they don't monitor what you do or don't do with your internet connection as you are responsible for that.

@Apostolos1 by far the most common hack is done by tricking people into downloading a piece of malware when they respond to an email etc. Therefore run a security scan if your system using either your internet security software or by downloading an app called Malwarebytes which is very good at finding and clearing these threats the intial scan is free.

As @caesarome indicates, an ISP definitely won't do anything with your own computer, and aren't going to carry out any proactive checks on broadband other than to continue their default firewall and network level security.
