Is this a fault repair or a new installation after a Home Move?

Unfortunately this crops up in the forum regularly: there's a nasty flaw in the system where Home Moves and delayed FTTP provisioning coincide.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Re: I still have no Internet and haven't heard nothing from open reach

There have been out and done all the inside isolation but there need to come back out to dig 2 meters down in my garden. And I was told they would be back at the beginning of the week but I have heard nothing from them. I need my inter as soon as or I will need to find other provider. Because my soon depends on the Internet to control his bi polar playing g with his friends online helps to control it and he's not had ot for almost 4 weeks

Typically digging is carried out by an Openreach subcontractor, and their availability (and punctuality) is distinctly limited, particularly at the worst time of year for staff absence, frozen ground and short daylight hours.

I need my inter as soon as or I will need to find other provider.

Unfortunately any other ISP using the Openreach network will face exactly the same issue, plus you'll add in another ten working day minimum delay after placing the order.
