So I have noticed since I have been downloading games and also applications that it has suddenly slowed down from 1gb internet where I am guaranteed 600mbps to not even getting over 100mbps which to me seems weird and when I've gone onto sky's website and tested connection it says "Everything's fine" So it seems like someone is lying to me as it doesn't seem to be "Guaranteed" if it suddenly stopped giving me 600 and is giving me under 100.

Is that over an ethernet or wireless connection?
If using Steam, is the figure in Mbs or MBs?
Have you reached 600Mbs in the past?

So I have noticed it isn't due to steam and it is Ethernet yes it's confusing as it was completely fine but all of a sudden it's now stopped and not working anymore and has gone down to 80-90 when it should be guaranteed 600 which is confusing to me

I have done it is just confusing to me as I saw the properties saying 1000mbps out of 1000mbps and it confuses me what's happened because the properties are the same. I think it could be a sky thing where I get told to have it and when I've gotten over a year of it they've changed it up which I have heard happen to other customers before. I know for a fact I haven't messed with anything and with ethernet even though it's supposed to be 1gb it isn't I'm not good at explaining things here but I really think it shouldn't have gone from 1gb to 80mbps
