I have placed order for a new a NOW broadband connection, I have done initial payment of £5 , however I am unable to find any details of tracking on sky app or over email. There is short message communication fro

I had this problem.
The problem is that now broadband customer data was integrated on sky's backend. That means there are two sets of account active and is screwing Sky's system.
You have to login into the Now Broadband website, and change your email address to an old one. The change will take about 24 hours to take effect, then you will start seeing things appear in the mysky.app
If it doesn't work, phone sky, and ask them to check how many accounts are listed on their system with your email address. The sky advisor needs to find all old sky accounts, and delete the email address's to make the inactive. Again you have to wait 24hours for the changes to take effect.
