I recently switched my Broadband back to Sky from Now.

Switched back to Sky from Now Broadband despite never having a issue with Now. Ever since I set up the Sky router every now and then my devices say there is no internet connection despite the Sky router have 3 green lights. I have pressed the reset button on the router. Why is Sky dropping internet connections this is affecting any programmes we try to stream.
