I recently had sky broadband and stream installed 2 weeks ago. The broadband connection is very poor

Had sky broadband installed 2 weeks ago, throughout the first 2 weeks the connection has been slow to non! The only thing that really connects is the sky stream. We have superfast broadband in a small house. But it wont connect into the next room! I previously had the exact same wifi before having this installed only it was under a friends name and she moved out so it had to be cancelled and i set up my own. However even though the broadband is exactly the same as the one we had in the house before its extremely poor connectivity! I cant get in touch with anyone from sky and this is causing me alot of stress as i work from home and i need broadband immediatley as this could put my job at risk!

So is everything the same? Did you get the same router from Sky? Did you have Sky Stream before or Sky Q or no TV service at all?
