I received sky broadband router,activation date was 20.01 .2023.But I can't connect to the internet

I received my Sky broadband hub and it would be appreciated if you can help me to connect it to the internet,the activation date was 20-01-2023.I am waiting for an engineering help.

You can't arrange an engineer visit via the forum and certainly not a visit at such short notice. This is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing a Sky Customer Service agent here. You will need to contact Sky.

@Jayashanthi connecting a Sky Hub  is normally done by the customer following the instructions included in the box. The instructions assume the property has an existing master phone socket if your property does not have a phonecsocket then call Sky to get one installed but there will be a delay.

@Jayashanthi It is the customers responsiblity to plug in the router for the connection, assuming there is an active phone line to the property already, the activation is done remotely so there is no need for an engineer. Sky won't send one out just to plug in a router for you. 

If you don't have a master socket or something like that then you need to call Sky to request and engineer.
