@Hayden+mullinder Sky do not normally supply replacement cables and certainly wont give you money for a cable you bought yourself. If its the power supply cable that needs replacing then they will send a new hub and you send back the old one
The cable to connect the hub to a standard phone socket is easily available online or from any large supermarket or hardware store often described as a DSL modem cable has a rj11 connecter at each end. If you have full fibre then you need a standard ethernet cable with rj45 connecters to connect to the ON`T unit on the wall.
