I only recently plugged my SKY box in my TV but since then my landline does not work and now my inte
My landline and now my internet are not working even though I have unplugged my SKY box, I have restarted my router , not sure what to do ,

@Bet987 ading a Sky TV box to a network should never affect the landline or other devices so something else is wrong. First check the lights on your router - if it is a Sky hub it should have 3 or 4 green lights - these show the status of the unit.

Thank you all 4 green lights are on on my SKY router . Still no wi fi or landline .

@Bet987 If you have 4 lights on the hub it is connected to the internet and the phone line should be working. Check everything is plugged in as it should be and it maybe worth switching the plug off for the power for the hub for a few seconds and letting it reboot. Try connecting with one device after it restarts and all 4 leds are green. Sorting things like this is down to being methodical. There is a useful test in the My Sky app which can test right through to your devices.
