I need you to solve my problem urgently

I pay for the fastest internet 900 megabytes and in my old house I only received 600 megabytes. I installed it in my new house yesterday and 400 megabytes of internet is arriving and in my office which is upstairs only 100 megabytes is arriving. This is absurd, you pay and don't get the speed you are paying for.

Yesterday I requested the installation of my modem in my office, where I need to use the internet, they didn't install it, they said that I could only do the service in the living room of my house and the modem is there. And today I need to work and I don't have enough internet in the living room and especially in my office.

I need SKY to provide me with the megabytes I'm paying for,because it is my right.

I have complained other times and my problem has not yet been resolved. I paid 900 megabytes for 3 months and I am receiving 100 megabytes today.

I need SKY to resolve this today as quickly as possible because I can't pay for something I'm not receiving.

Please solve my problem because I need internet.

Another thing I didn't like is that here in my office there is a point to put the modem and it wasn't put here where I need the internet the most. I'm very upset with SKY's services and I need this to be resolved.

@Thayla  Sky broadband is a domestic service for residential use only not for working from home (that requires a business account with a different Sla)

 

whilst you can still use it for work sky are not liable unless you have the necessary account 

 

FYI your only addressing fellow customers on here not sky support you would need to call them directly if you want this resolved

Just because I say I need internet at my office doesn't mean I'm working from home. I need my 900 megabyte home internet that I'm paying for and not receiving. I'm paying for 900 and receiving 150 megabytes. I just need to receive my speed that I contracted and am paying for and you're not providing it to me correctly.

You seem to have missed the part of @SKY1992bf  post where it does say you are not talking to Sky.
