I need to speak to a human

I moved home, Sky could not provide the facilities in my contract so we mutually agreed to terminate on a certain date that coincided with my moving. Now they say my account is suspended because of non payment of monthly fee, but I have no account, I have no Sky service and I have no Sky human to discuss it with. The whole service is a shambles and I swear I will never, ever return to Sky as long as I live, appalling. Hope they take me to court, Ill have a field day telling the world just how bad and bullyig they are

What date was this bill as the bill itself would have been created 14 days earlier ?

We agreed to terminate my contract with no exit fees as Sky could not provide the same servi e I was paying for. 

Tgeagreed date was 25th July but they now keep sending a default payment notice and my account is suspended..

I do not have Sky, I went through proper procedure yet keep getting threate.essages from them and it's very unsettling fir me, an 80 years old veteran

@Lorganz Did you pay the final bill that sky produced, letting you terminate is sky's way off letting you go, they could just as easily held you to the full contract for the full period!

You just have to call sky, but they will not speak to you until you first clear anything that is requested payment wise, wither you think that you owe it or not so it is a bit off a catch 22 situation!
