Help please! My son has new laptop and I want to ensure it has the protection of our Sky Broadband Shield. I have created him a Sky iD but I can't link this iD to my account. I can link my son to our account, but it gives him full rights to the account and billing information. I am going round in circles and becoming frustrated.
I will need step by step guidance please......

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JulesSpeedThere is no need to have separate Sky IDs. Just connect the device to the network and work with broadband shield from the main Sky ID.
