I need to cancel my engineer appointment I have set up.

Hi, I need to cancel the order I have just signed up for my broadband as I didn't realise it was for new customers only as I'm on full fibre broadband at the moment with sky and I'm trying to get a cheaper deal with sky as my broadband contract has ran out, could you please cancel this order for me as I have already have a router and I don't think the engineer can get access to our phone line as our neighbor downstairs has a conservertory where our phone line is located, hope you can help me, thanks.

@Big+bel  You will need to call Sky to cancel.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
