I need to book an engineer and get my router moved.

I switched to sky a few month ago. For some reason the engineer installed it at the worst spot in the house front of the window still we are now having some poor wifi coverage in the house.

@Waion Looks like you had a Full Fibre upgrade, position and moving the hub is all down to you now, service for moving an ONT is just not there and more than likely will never happen! Standard Ethernet cable connection from the ONT to the Hub just now, is it a difficult job to move the Hub back to the ideal working postion that you had before with getting a longer cable etc and not crossing awkward places like doors etc, it's one for you to look at!

Far better to move it if possible, if not then you are into the realms of wireless boosting!

@Waion  you can either call Sky to get the router moved (most likely chargeable), use a local tradesperson or do it yourself. I moved my max hub from a bedroom 30m into a living room and it wasn't that difficult.
