Re: Contact sky online or email
My sky speed connection was 37mbps it has recently dropped to 32mbps, guaranteed speed is 28mbps. When I contacted sky they refused to look into this as my speed was above the guaranteed speed.
The package that I am paying is for upto 60mbps, I don't like the fact that my speed is dropped and sky won't help

Re: Contact sky online or email
I changed the Internet to a faster one, 500Mbps, you sent me a new router, but the Max pod was missing, it was not included in the set, and secondly, the Internet speed is up to 50MBPS. What's the matter?

Re: Contact sky online or email
I need to be able to speak to a sky broadband advisor via email or online chat. I am a sky broadband customer but need to get a new router and password due to being hacked. It has been reported to the police.

Re: Contact sky online or email
Despite the thread title this is NOT a route for contacting Sky online or by email, in fact Sky don't use email for general communication purposes.

Re: Contact sky online or email
@Adityarungta Sky probably won't do anything for a drop in speed unless it falls below the minimum guaranteed speed, the same applies for most if not all ISP's.

@Tina121 Its highly unlikely your router has been compromised, its not really worth a hacker expending the resources needed to gain access when there are far easier ways, however if you have proof and a crime number form the police then you will have to find a way of calling as the staff here cannot assist and i don't think live chat is available for this issue.
