@Laurasimmonds  You've posted in a customer helps customer community and as such nothing can o will happen in response to your post.

 

What box are you referring to? What problem are you having?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You need  to ring  sky  about  your issue  and they  will  if need arrange  an engineer  to call we are just fellow customers on here like yourself
