I need a new broadband hub

Since it's impossible to speak to anyone and the online broadband checker seems to think my connection is OK, I am posting here. My hub router needs replacing, my WiFi isn't working. Please replace the box ASAP. Thank you

@Unhappy23 replacing your hub unless it is faulty is unlikely to improve WiFi signals in your home.
