I'm unable to watch Disney + as it keep loading.

I'm trying to watch Disney plus and I can't watch a single movie as its keeps stopping and loading.. I've also tried to stream a movie and again we are not able to do so.. I even have a booster in my sons room in our tiny home and noting is working ... I'm paying all this money for sky tv and the Internet and it doesn't work well at all.. I think when this contract is up I will be looking elsewhere as I'm paying more for sky than I for my car ..

@Alexandria first point having a booster in an area with poor wifi is likely to make wifi worse in that area not better boosters need a strong wifi connection to work so move the booster closer to the hub.

if your home is very small you should not normally need a booster.but how your home is built is as important as its size, a small cottage with thick solid walls is far more difficult to network than a large open plan modern home. Flats present their own problems as the level of interference from your many neighbours can mean every wifi channel is affected although it is worth rebooting your Sky hub - pull the power for a few seconds - as that will make it try and find thr least congested channel.
