I'm trying to upgrade my broadband but when I enter my bank account number's first two digits they a
I've been tyring to upgrade my broadband package for two days now but when I get to the part which asks for trhe first two digits of the bank account I pay my subscription from it isn't accepted (even though it is correct) & I get frozen out due to too many attempts.

Your only option would be to call Sky to call instead, 150 is the number to use from your landline phone.
