I'm trying to sign up for fibre broadband but an account is already linked to the address I'm about to move into.
I'm a new customer.
Any advise?

I was about to post similar. I currently have Nowtv broadband and was hoping to avail of a Quidco offer. When I get to the address checker, it states an account is already on the line and to ring. If I do that, I miss out on the Quidco offer.
Has anyone been able to bypass this successfully?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AlexThompson if you have recently moved into the property you wont becable to placecan order for a broadband service until the previous resident has cancelled their service. If you call Sky they can advisecwhatvthey can do to speed thst up.
@jtay77 switching from Now to Sky doesnt follow the usual switching as in many ways its the same company with two sales operations again it requires a phone call so you do miss out on referral offers but if the online system wontvtake the order..
