I'm trying to find contact details to speak to a person from SKY. Openreach have installed my fibre broadband over a month earlier than plannned (08.05.2024), but SKY haven't issued a router hub yet.
The engineer kindly supplied a hub on loan to confirm the connection works and is active, but he requires it back within a few days.
How do I speak or email someone to request the new hub to be issued ahead of time?

https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

That was generous of them, but they probably aren't supposed to have done so and I suspect shouldn't be in possession of such hardware anyway.

Daniel,
Thanks for the pointer.
I got through to a call centre, but they were unable to arrange the delivery of the hub any earlier.
