I'm paying £35 for fast Broadband, I'm a 4 years customer and a Gold VIP holder but my monthly payment is now £35 ! I'm wondering if I will be charged as I am still in contract

Re: I'm thinking of cancelling my broadband
You have 30 days from when you received the price increase email or letter to contact Sky as you can leave penalty free during this time so in this case the fact you are in a contract doesn't come into it so you do need to make your mind up as to what you want to do.

Re: I'm thinking of cancelling my broadband
£35 is about the standard list price for 80/20 FTTC from any Openreach ISP. Lower prices are discounted to attract switching.
