If the tv is on and the PlayStation, both lag. Surely, with fibre, this shouldn't happen? My house isn't big and the rooms are next to each other. Why is it so hard to speak to someone from sky to get help?

Part-fibre (FTTC) or full-fibre (FTTP)?
The former can be very slow, either through line faults or just distance from the local cabinet.
