I’m owed money from sky

I changed my broadband from sky and they owed me money. They sent me an email saying how much, and to contact them. The number they sent was a company that doesn't deal with broadband. She gave me a number for sky that doesn't exist, so I went online (Google) and got another 6 sky numbers, none of them exist. It's a total farce.

@Skymoney  Is there a credit showing on your Sky account?   Did you leave an active payment method in place?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
