Contact sky and give them 12 days notice of your move

 

Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or

Follow the link and choose need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home/

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

I'm getting a page that there is no enough permission to do that.

 

Any other way /helpline available to discuss the broadband move request

You'd need to call if the page isnt working. 150 from your landline or the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under the 'Need more help?' banner for Mobile.
