I’m looking to extend my broadband coverage into an outdoor cabin about 25 meters from the house.

Any recommendations for the best way to do this?

Ethernet (or optical) cable is preferable: Powerline networking may be viable. Point to point WiFi exists with specialist hardware. Normal domestic wireless would probably be marginal, and affected by line of sight, foliage and atmospheric conditions.
