There is a problem with my broadband/ WiFi. I'm having problems connecting to team meetings and internet searching is slow

its really annoying, they always said no issue and when you browse tv or do teams call always freezing. 

tv channels freeze in the middle or netflix freeze 

browsing or chat calls freeze
