I lost wifi connection but the reports say its working

Did all the steps to check wifi and it says it OK, but it's not! We have no wifi connection

I'm having the same issue. I've turned it off by the switch & back on. Still isn't connecting!

Yeah mine an all, unplugged it waited plugged it back in, nowt. Unplugged tother end waited plugged it back in, still nowt. Sky says there's nowt wrong , have they actually checked? Come on what d'we pay ya for?

Same issue in Dudley ... Sky check was over 40 minster OK when it said all OK. Guess it's a way if keeping reported issues down

I had the same issue this morning. Try holding reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds and wait for it to restart. It worked for me.

I've tried virtual assistant, no use at all. Can't find a contact number for them

Yeah I'm in Tipton sky Internet still down, test shows everything is OK lol not good when you work from home.

Update mines just connected .. don't know how stable but SKY obviously know there's an issue
