I keep having to reset my WiFi at least once daily I reported it 2 days ago while it was down and yo

I keep losing me WiFi connection and you told me your engineer found a fault and it was fixed. Within 30 minutes it was down again and I've had to reset it each of the last 2days

@Johnharey  In case you're not aware you're not talking to Sky customer services, this is mainly a customer helps customer community.

@Johnharey you. will have to call Sky and tell them the fix has not worked. With many intermittent faults that causecthe connection to drop it is not always obvious what is the cause unless the fault happens while thecengineer is testing so they have to guess.

 

Whether Openreach will do further work depends as a single line drop each 24 hours is well under their tolerance limit. if you post your black Sky hub's connection stats if you have one forum members msybe able to advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
