Orange light keeps coming on my hub and the Internet is lost, far to often now especially the last 3 consecutive days. All other lights are green. I have turned everything off as somebody suggested but still the same orange light.
Soo frustrating especially as I work from home plus the price I pay per month and not getting the service. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Find out more@DeadVerine assuming the ornage led is the one marked internet your hub is losing connection to the exchange most kikely caused by a line fault which wont getvfixed until you report it. To save time when tge hub is connected log into the My Sky app and run the connection test - if it displays theclast regular test result so click tonrun it again. If it spots a fault it can book an engineer or tell.you if it knows of an issue affecting your line. Assuming it doesnt give Sky a call but working from homecdies not givecyou any priority.
