I haven't received the broadband return packaging. Sky just sent a message saying the packaging is start delievering at 26 June without any further information such as delievery order number or tracking linkage. And till now it is already 20 days but I have receive any packge, message or call about the delievery.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
