I have white light but no internet.

I'm new to sky. Connected yesterday and it went great. Everything was working for a few hours and then nothing. I have followed all of the online tips and it says there is not a problem with my broadband. There clearly is a problem as it doesn't show on my available networks on phone, laptop or any of our devices. It's just disappeared. Rang sky, on hold for 42 minutes and then was cut off. Rang them again and same  happened, I was on hold for almost 40 minutes before being cut off. I'm so frustrated as I work from home and have had no broadband all day, can't actually get to speak to anyone and keep getting sent round and round in circles with the online trouble shooters. I have been with sky for one day and already want to leave .

@Clairerose1 see this thread  for the solution which is to factory reset the Sky hub.

Hi. I have factory reset the sky hub and also factory reset the television. No joy. Thank you.
