I have two broadband accounts. however when I enter the SKY application it only shows one account.
they are different houses but the same registered with the same email

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe Sky app or your online account can only show the one account as they can't be merged so you will need to make sure you are signed in with the correct username and password for the account you wish to view.
