The WiFi keeps dropping out, exactly the reason why I upgraded from my old blue one a couple of months ago, and now I pay £5 per month extra.. I've done all the checks, rang and went through all the usual un plug it, reset it etc. when I run the checker on MySky it doesn't connect just says help make your connection better . The light sequence goes white working, to flashing amber, then red, then after a while green, then if it feels like it white. It cycles through this most nights now. Any ideas how to fix it please?

Update @Chrisee no Sky colleague did chat so I logged onto broadband checker as it dropped out I had to do it on 5G. As they were checking the prompt popped up to book an engineer for tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
