Hi! I got a problem with my sky app, I have sky product, but it is dosent sync to my account number and I can not check my bills and anything if you could help me how can I sort this problem.

I have sky broadband one month now, but when I log in to my sky account doesn't show anything and I would like to be able to see my bills
