Re: I have ran a test on my laptop and i am only getting 10mbps
@JayS84 when you run a speedtest on a device the result is the slowest part of the connection which unless you sre using Ethernet cables is the WiFi in your home. WiFi is affected by the layout and cobstruction of your home together with the level of interference. That wouldcalso explain the lag your son gets when gaming.
You can try re-starting your hub as that will make it find yge least congested channel to use but that can often beca temporary sokution at best. Given everyonecwants fast WiFi and there are a limited number of WiFi channels this issue is getting worse. The best solution is getting a better WiFi set upmin your home Skybwill sell you their WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own kit.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
