I ordered sky broadband two days ago and have yet to get a confirmation email and funds have not come out of my account. Does this mean it is not confirmed

If you haven't had an order confirmation email from Sky yet then you'll need to call Sky.
You could also check your online account website and look in my messages to see if anything is there.
