I have one booster pod but need another.

New to Sky and so far not impressed. I need another booster pod as the signal does not make it to the kitchen next door. I am a WiFi max member. Impossible to speak to a human. Is there a number I can call? Considering going back to BT.

You would need to call sky on 150 from your landline or

 

Contact sky as below

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

 

Usually any more than 1 max pod requires an sky engineer visit
