@Teresa311 given 5g is a mobile technology do you mean youbdont have a signal on the 5GHz band - sounds similar but acruallybtotally different. Sky hubs by default supply dualband wifi using both the 5GHz and the 2.4GHz band. Due to physics the 5GHz has less range so in a distant room it is quite likely the phone is only getting a signal on the longer range 2.4GHz band.
