I have no tv I have a glass tv it is not working. The middle light is on on on the hud

I have no tv  to is a glass tv and the middle light is not on the hub  a droad dand fitted at 12 o'clock to day  my mobile was not working for hours  dut it is working now   But the  tv is not working can you help please
