I have no internet - the WiFi is working fine and I have power to the router

I have no internet - the WiFi is working fine and I have power to the router.

i have tried power off and on - resetting the router also. When testing the input on my phone it says all is fine, but that's connected via 4G 

it's been mostly off since 10:00am today
