@adamcarl  No ISP provides a guaranteed 100% uptime for broadband, the fact you stream over broadband won't stop it having an outage either due to a line fault or a wider area outage.

 

You are after all on a domestic ISP that offers no uptime or backup options.

 

What are the lights showing on the hub?  have you ran this test?  https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...
